EXPERIENCES
Here, I will be sharing more about my past work experiences which have allowed me to step out of my comfort zone and try out new things every single time.
Communications Intern – STPI Gallery
For my internship (Apr – July 2022), I was given the role of Communications Intern at STPI – Creative Workshop & Gallery. It was a really good experience and was also my first time working in a company so I had to adjust to the style and tone that is necessary for the posts that I had to create for the company.

Most of the time, I assisted them with creating EDMs (using Mailjet) to promote ongoing events and programs at our gallery. I was also put in charge of handling the social media posts and did all the necessary copywriting for each post (e.g. exhibition posts, IG reels).

For our past exhibition, I also had the chance to create my own IG reel to help garner more visitors for our exhibition and also to reach out to our audience who prefers watching short bitesize videos rather than reading posts with long captions.

Overall, I have learned to always be open to learning things beyond my comfort zone and am never afraid to keep practicing to further hone my skills. At STPI, I was able to challenge myself further and constantly try out new things.
Social Media Manager – CTV Ngee Ann Polytechnic
For my final year project (Oct 2022 – Feb 2023), I took on the role of Social Media Manager for our school's Campus Television, otherwise known as CTV. Having worked on managing a social media account before, this was nothing new to me and I had more chances of creating different collaterals across our various platforms.

Alongside this, as we are a Production Capstone, I was able to try out many different roles ranging from Director, Producer, Audio, Graphics and Editor. Though challenging, it was a great experience and I was able to gain new skillsets along the way.
